Chana Schoenberger (00:11):

So is there anything that keeps you up at night about the payment space right now?

Molly Hugar (00:17):

I think it's just where to start for a lot of these customers. So I mean, we again have a whole spectrum of customers that some are farther ahead, some have been working on this for years, some have been using tools for the last six years to six months, and others are just starting to think about it. For example, I have a customer that we work very regularly with. I talk to a few times a week. They're about a $1.3 billion company and their accounts receivable team, the youngest person on that seven person team is 57. So they have not put any automation in place. They still are very paper based. And so there's that end of the spectrum. And then there's others that are working in our API sandboxes and trying to make sure that they get as much direct connectivity as possible. So it's really making sure that the laggards are moved along and we maintain focus on them and don't just focus on those that maybe are already speaking the language and up to speed with where technology has evolved.

(01:19):

We need to make sure nobody gets left behind.

Chana Schoenberger (01:21):

That is important.

Molly Hugar (01:22):

Yeah.

Chana Schoenberger (01:23):

Great. Well, thank you very much. I really appreciate it.

Molly Hugar (01:25):

Yes, of course. Thanks

Chana Schoenberger (01:27):

For coming in.

Molly Hugar (01:27):

Thank you so much for having me.
