Senior Director, Digital Strategy
Jeff is the Senior Director of Digital Strategy for Merkle, a member of the digital strategy leadership team, and serves as the digital leader for Merkle’s Banking and Financial Services group.
In his current role, Jeff is responsible for understanding client business objectives and opportunities, and developing solutions to achieve them. Working across digital marketing, digital media, social, mobile, email and other channels, Jeff leads teams to design and deploy customer experiences that yield both brand and financial impact.
Prior to joining Merkle, Jeff held senior marketing and technology leadership positions at PNC, GlaxoSmithKline, HJ Heinz, and Mylan. During this time he worked in both B2C and B2B roles, building digital brands, services and solutions.
Jeff holds both MBA and MS degrees from Duquesne University, in Pittsburgh PA, USA
