His career started in 1987 as a sales agent for MBNA America which was eventually purchased by Bank of America.Over the past two decades he has led start-up operations for world leading financial institutions to include MBNA America, ING Direct, HSBC and Barclays. The primary expertise he possesses is building and optimizing performance for operations that attract and retain valuable customers. This includes Sales, Service, Collections and Retention along with experience in Credit Risk and Training. He has always valued a customer centric approach reinforced with the notion of making the experience intuitive and memorable for the client and the employee. His belief is that technology combined with real customer insight enables businesses to meet the rapid changes in consumer expectations.
