As a Solution Architect at Elsevier, Ben Cox is responsible for providing solutions for business processes and capabilities across multiple business domains such as Marketing, Sales, order management and Finance. With a strong background and passion for information architecture and integration he was the ideal Architect to lead Elsevier�s MDM initiative. Mr. Cox considers Customer MDM to be a major lynchpin in delivering consistency across business domains to enable highly valuable insights about customers that will enable greater customer experience and revenue generation.
