Chris Tomlinson

Christopher Tomlinson serves as the Executive Director for the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) � the State of Georgia�s toll operator and transportation bond financing authority. In addition to managing toll operations and bond financing, SRTA manages the Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank, a revolving infrastructure investment fund that awards grants and provides loans with attractive terms to fund eligible transportation projects. As Executive Director, Mr. Tomlinson oversees management of a $1.4B bond debt portfolio, the proceeds of which fund projects built by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). He also serves as his agency�s primary liaison to GDOT�s P3 program and is a member of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) Board of Directors. Prior to being appointed Executive Director, Chris served as Deputy Executive Director and General Counsel for SRTA. In such capacity, he was responsible for to day to day operations and legal issue management for SRTA.
