Joe Monti is a Partner at Capco in the Banking group. He focuses on performance improvement projects shared services, staff utilization, activity-based costing, strategic sourcing and procurement and on strategic services, including organizational design, market/channel expansion strategy, business modeling and change management. Joe has over 25 years of professional consulting experience for a variety of corporations. He recently co-authored the white paper, "The real problem in the housing crisis: Whos going to blink first, banker or borrower?", an analysis of the real estate market which offers four key imperatives for senior executives to mitigate risk while creating new business value and opportunity. Joe is also heavily involved in the development of Capcos loss mitigation solutions.Prior to joining Capco, Joe was a Director of a leading global management and technology consulting firm, where he helped to develop and lead the Enterprise Performance Improvement practice. Before that, he was a partner with CAST Management Consultants, where he specialized in organizational effectiveness, and a partner with Grant Thornton, where he led the Western Region Strategic Services practice.
