Nicole Matuszewski

Nicole Matuszewski, Vice President of DHM Mortgage Servicing, has over 10 years of experience in special servicing oversight and related capital markets experience. Over the last four years she has played a key role in building a residential special servicing platform focused on at-risk loans and assisting borrowers explore all loss mitigation/modification options. During this time, she has implemented a strong control environment, efficient processes and leveraged the latest mortgage servicing technology to drive optimal solutions for both borrowers and investors. In addition, she has designed and implemented policies and procedures for collections, loss mitigation, foreclosures, bankruptcies and REO. Prior to DHM Mortgage Servicing, Nicole held several roles focused on the securitization of residential mortgage securities for Barclays Capital and Rabobank International, including a related consulting role with Deloitte & Touche. She holds a B.S. from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY.
