Peter heads up the Customer Solutions Practice for Cognizant Technology Solutions. His global responsibilities cover CRM, BPM, MDM, Customer Analytics and CRM Business Consulting for the 4,300 member practice. He brings to Cognizant over 20 years of CRM and technology consulting experience for a diverse set of Global 2000 clients. Prior to coming to Cognizant, Peter was a Principal with BoozAllen & Hamilton, New York, in their IT Strategy and CRM practices. There he specialized in customer facing issues including CRM strategies, CRM process design, best practices, and metrics development, the implementation of CRM programs and the development and roll-out of various call centers operations. Prior to Booz Allen, he was responsible for the implementation of large custom CRM applications at American Management Systems.
