Mr. Meister has 36 years of experience as a municipal finance investment banker.� He joined Merrill Lynch in August of 2001 as a Managing Director with responsibility for heading the West and Southwest regions. Mr. Meister is currently responsible for managing Bank America Merrill Lynch’s Central States Region. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Rich served as Chairman and CEO of eBondTrade, an Internet based broker dealer specializing in the sale of municipal securities. He was also a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for the West and Southwest Regions and was co-head of the healthcare and higher education group. Mr. Meister’s experience includes financings for State and Local Governments and Agencies, Universities, School Districts, Hospitals and Health Systems, Airports, Transit Agencies, Toll Roads and Tobacco Corporations.Mr. Meister has a BA from Brown University and an MBA from The Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania.
