Affinity FCU Pilots IMM’s New Deposit Capture Solution

BASKING RIDGE, N.J. – Affinity FCU has rolled out a new remote deposit capture system offered by Integrated Media Management that allows the credit union to process all deposited checks electronically, whether a member is in-branch or remote.

The software is compatible with any scanner, so the credit union’s individual and business members can use their own technology to send in one or several checks at a time.

With more than 120,000 members and 20 branches across the state, Affinity FCU members can now scan and send checks from the convenience of their home or business and track the status of the funds.  Merchants have the flexibility to define roles for their internal staff to handle specific duties based upon rights and permissions set up by a merchant administrator.  This provides all business members with a high level of audit control to separate job responsibilities for remote check capture.

IMM is based in nearby Linden, N.J.
