Arizona FCU Implements Auto Messaging for Debt Collections

PHOENIX – Arizona FCU said it has installed an on-demand voice messaging system offered by Akcelerant Software LLC and SoundBite Communications to collect on various types of debt. The system allows credit unions to create, manage and execute member contact campaigns through the Alcelerant Framework, a workflow and business process automation suite. The $1.8 billion credit union recently launched its first collections campaign using the messaging system and plans other campaigns to support member care and marketing initiatives.
