Ardire will succeed Martin Banecker, who retired after 30 years of service with the credit union, which serves employees of Campbell Soups.

Ardire began his career at Campbell Employees FCU in 1979 as an accountant/systems manager. He left to pursue various financial roles at Campbell Soup Co. and prior to returning to the credit union was vice president of finance at Piramal Glass USA. He returned to the credit union in 2011.

Banecker grew the credit union from $18 million in assets. It said Banecker was responsible for initiatives including the introduction of offering checking accounts and ATM card programs.
