Carolina Cooperative Credit Union Chooses TRC Interactive

CHARLOTTE, N.C. Carolina Cooperative Credit Union has selected TRC Interactive, Inc., provider of interactive financial institution training, to deliver online instruction through CreditUnionTrainingOnline.

Carolina Cooperative CU will have full use of Training Central, the training program’s Learning Management System, the company said.

TRC Interactive said CreditUnionTrainingOnline is its online library of customized training courses for credit unions that incorporates the institution’s terminology and logo, giving it the look and feel of the CU’s own training program. Loaded with enhanced graphics, animation and special effects, the company said these online courses engage and involve trainees to increase retention and performance.

CreditUnionTrainingOnline subscribers have the opportunity to access online courses such as Sales, Teller, Compliance, Member Service, Lending, Management, and more. TRC Interactive said study guides for each course, as well as free tech support and other facilitator course material, are provided.
