CFO Stole $190,000 From Alaska CU

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – NCUA said yesterday it banned Vicki Lynn Weidenhof, former chief financial officer of ALPS FCU, for stealing $187,000 from the Sitka, Alaska, credit union.

Weidenhof, 47, was sentenced in December to two years in prison and to pay $187,348 in restitution.

She pleaded guilty last September to taking funds from the credit union's general ledger accounts and depositing the money into her personal account and into the accounts of others.
