Credit Union Of Colorado Inks Sponsorship Deal With Colorado Ski Country

DENVER – Credit Union of Colorado has renewed its partnership with Colorado Ski Country USA with a three-year agreement to be an official Corporate Partner and program sponsor for two of its most popular programs – the Gems Card, a discount card with deals for nine Gems resorts; and the 5th and 6th Grade Passport Program, which provides kids with access to free or inexpensive skiing or snowboarding.

Colorado skiers can purchase a Colorado Gems Card for $10 at any of the Credit Union of Colorado’s 15 statewide locations for the upcoming 2010/2011 ski season. The card provides a variety of discounts and some free ski days at nine of Colorado’s resorts, including Arapahoe Basin, Echo Mountain, Eldora Mountain Resort, Loveland Ski Area, Monarch Mountain, Powderhorn Resort, Ski Cooper, SolVista Basin and Sunlight Mountain Resort.

The $920 million credit union also will sponsor Colorado Ski Country’s newly introduced “First Class” program, which is a free ski or snowboard lesson during the month of January for 5th graders who have never hit the slopes.
