NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – South Carolina FCU said yesterday its CU Benefits Solutions CUSO is partnering with Innova Plan Strategies of Charlotte, N.C., to help credit unions and other businesses develop and structure employee benefits, like health and dental and retirement planning.
CU Benefits Solutions will tailor solutions to the credit union and provide on-going plan management and vendor management.
The CUSO will provide access to a comprehensive suite of benefits, including 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life insurance and long-term care.
The program is being offered through South Carolina Federal’s South Carolina Financial Solutions CUSO, which recently unveiled a separate CUSO, Optimal Talent Solutions, which will provide talent management and human resources services to credit unions.
