Dayton Firefighters FCU Sells Cards Program To Elan Financial

DAYTON, Ohio – Dayton Firefighters FCU has signed an agent card issuer deal with U.S. Bancorp’s Elan Financial Services under which it will sell its cards portfolio to Elan and Elan will manage the program.

The credit union said its 4,000 cardholders will benefit from a variety of credit card products with rewards options, such as 1% cash back, merchandise and gift certificates, as well as travel selections. Business cardholders also receive rewards for every dollar spent and have access to tools that help them track and manage their expenses.

“We look forward to using Elan’s in-branch promotions and incentives, which we think will be key factors in communicating the member value associated with these card products,” said Jennifer Carmack, accounting and operations manager for the $443-million credit union.
