PHOENIX – Desert Schools FCU is offering its members around-the-clock credit monitoring to thwart identity thieves.
Members of the $3 billion credit union can register for 24x7 monitoring of their debit and credit cards as well as their Social Security numbers with IdentitySecure, which will then be monitored in real time with web-crawling technology.
Additionally, enrolled members will receive credit reports from all three credit reporting agencies, including credit scores and credit monitoring from the bureaus. If a suspected compromise of personal information does arise, the credit union will assist members through the process of recovery through their Identity Fraud Support Service caseworkers.
The cost of the service is $9.95 a month per primary members and $4.95 for a joint owner.
