MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – Digital FCU has implemented fiVISION’s digitized wire transfer validation module designed to cut processing time in half.
Wire transfer validation includes verification of ID and bank routing information, OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets) checks on all banks and recipients, fraud and red flag alerts, and confirmation that funds are available to complete the wire. Processing includes automated transfers to wire settlement and fee accounts, along with reporting for balancing purposes.
The wire transfer automation module can be used as a standalone tool, or in conjunction with the use of the provider’s memberWORKS CRM system. Wire transfer requests can be submitted by staff or by members directly through fiVISION’s "Online Service Request" technology.
