CALABASAS, Calif. - (06/10/05) -- Digital Insight said Thursday it hassigned a contract with Metavante Corp. making Metavante thecompany's strategic provider of electronic presentment and paymentproducts through 2010. Under the deal, the two companies will worktogether to develop new product interfaces to promote improvedimplementation and greater functionality between the two companies'products. The agreement also expands the two companies' partnermarketing initiatives to promote Metavante's bill presentment andpayment products to Digital Insight's clients. Metavante is awholly owned unit of Milwaukee bank holding company Marshall &Ilsley.
