ROCHESTER, N.Y. – ESL FCU and Writers & Books are sponsoring a poetry contest for youngsters in honor of the credit union moving its headquarters to downtown later this month.

The contest asks Rochester-area students in grades 1 through 8 to write poems on the theme "It’s Good to be Home…." Poems must be original and not previously published.
The contest runs from March 1 through May 5. Full details are on entry forms, which will be available at Writers & Books, 740 University Ave., all ESL branches, and on the websites of the organizations.
