HARRIMAN, Tenn. – Shirley McKinney, former manager of Anderson County Employee’s Credit Union, has been indicted by a grand jury for theft.
McKinney allegedly made unauthorized withdrawals from members’ accounts, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. McKinney has been charged with one count of theft over $60,000 and four counts of forgery.
