ORLANDO, Fla. – Fairwinds CU said it has signed with eEminder to provide its members with the company’s patented solution and technology to deliver real-time interactive alerts.
Members can configure preferences for what types of alerts to receive, and how and during what hours to receive them. The alerts are generated in near real time (5 minutes on average) and sent either via e-mail, SMS text message or both. They run the gamut from alerts when a member's account balance falls below a pre-set threshold that the member set up, when a certain check clears, and when any number of potentially fraudulent actions has occurred, among others.
Interfaces to Open Solutions and Summit core systems are available now, but eEminder said Real Time Interactive Alerts easily could be integrated into any core system.
