ROCKVILLE, Md. – FedChoice FCU has launched a gateway to its website designed to help members make informed financial plans through the various stages of the life cycle.
The link, called "Online Concierge," identifies the most common stages of life where financial education is often requested, the offers guidance and suggestions for FedChoice products and services that may benefit the member. It also offers valuable financial resources to make it easier for members to do research.
The eight life stages identified in the first version are: buying your first car, managing your first paycheck, saving for college, getting started on your own, planning a wedding, buying your first house, preparing for your first child and planning for retirement. Additional life stages or other areas of interest, like understanding credit reports and scores, planning a dream vacation, may be added as they are requested by members.
