Former Johns Manville CU Eyes Community Charter

LITTLETON, Colo. – Colorado CU has applied to state regulators to convert to a community charter serving 500,000 residents of surrounding Adams County.

The $100-million credit union, originally chartered to serve employees of Johns Manville construction materials, currently serves about 80 select groups.

The Colorado Financial Services Board held a hearing on the request last week.
