TROY, Mich.-Credit unions need at least a basic computing infrastructure to benefit from iDashboards, said Dave Ferguson, the firm's director of business development.
But even a CU that can create reports in Excel spreadsheets could take advantage of iDashboards in Cloud, the company's new software-as-a-service product in which users upload spreadsheets online to create and customize dashboards, he said.
"We've made a better mousetrap by removing a lot of the complexity from creating dashboards from multiple data sources, yet the dashboards have a lot of sizzle," said Ferguson. "Credit unions have better access to information to create accountability and track goals against performance."
