JACKSON, Miss. HOPE Credit Union has deployed Bluepoint Solutions’ mobile remote deposit capture solution, QwikDeposit ToGo, as part of the credit union’s mobile banking app powered by Malauzai Software.
HOPE has used Bluepoint’s ImagePoint Branch capture product since 2011. It said it decided to add QwikDeposit ToGo mobile deposit to bring additional value to its members and use it as part of its campaign to add new members.
The credit union said it added Malauzai’s mobile banking platform to better integrate Bluepoint’s QwikDeposit ToGo and create a cohesive mobile banking app with integrated mobile deposit.
“The ability to give low- and moderate-income members a way to deposit a check right from their phone is an essential step in our mission to bring banking to the underbanked,” said Bill Bynum, president of the $170-million credit union.
