Horizon FCU Signs With TRC Interactive For Online Teller Training

WILLIAMSPORT, Penn. – Horizon FCU has selected TRC Interactive to train its staff with the company’s TellerSolutionOnline.

TellerSolutionOnline is customized with the credit union’s preferred method of counting currency and several terms. The company said it engages and involves trainees to increase retention and performance.

The program includes modules for Introduction, Your Role as a Teller, Customer Service, Professional Dress, Products and Services, All About Money, Counting Cash, Checks, Identification, Check Cashing, Deposits, Payments, Withdrawals, Miscellaneous Transactions, The NCUA, Regulations – Product Information, Regulations – Member Protection, Regulations – Criminal Activities, Security – Schemes Aimed at Financial Institutions, Security – Schemes Aimed at Members, and Robbery.
