BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – Kellogg Community FCU notified members last week that a computer containing personal information was stolen during a break-in at a vendor last month. A letter sent to an undisclosed number of members said the computer was stolen along with other items from a third-party service provider. A file containing some members’ names, addresses, telephone numbers, birth dates, social security numbers and account numbers was on the computer’s hard drive, the letter said. The credit union is working with law enforcement agencies to investigate.
