Magulski wil officially succeed Ron Kase, who has retired after building the one-time Rexnord Corp. employees over 40 years on the job.

The credit union has acquired several credit unions and a bank in the last two years. It will have 30 branches once its merger with Dodge Central CU of Beaver Dam is complete.

Magulski also will retain his title of president. Kase will remain on Landmark's board of directors but will no longer be involved in day-to-day operations.
