BRUNSWICK, Ga. – Marshland CU announced yesterday it will acquire tiny Southeast Georgia Health System FCU that has reported losses over the past two years.
The merger will take place on January 1, and Southeast Georgia members will have access to their accounts at any Marshfield branch beginning January 2.
Southeast Georgia had $1.3 million in assets and a $45,000 loss at Sept. 30.
