MIAMI - (03/09/06) Dade County FCU said it hasagreed to merge with Miami Beach FCU. The combination will create acredit union of about $430 million, serving about 85,000 members.The merger will add a branch adjacent to City Hall to Dade CountyFCU, giving it a total of eight. The credit union said it plans toopen three new branches over the next six months, and grow to 16offices by 2010.
