Michigan Merger Creates $400-Million CU

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – Honor CU has agreed to merge into it Kalamazoo-based Allegis CU, creating a $400-million credit union.

Allegis has $80 million in assets and has branches in Kalamazoo, Coldwater and Paw Paw.

Honor CU, with $320 million in assets, will be the surviving credit union.
