COLUMBUS, Ga.-TSYS, which provides card processing services, said $760-million St. Mary's Bank, Manchester, N.H., signed a multi-year contract with TSYS to process its consumer credit card portfolio. TSYS announced a separate credit card processing agreement with $1-billion Oregon Community CU, Eugene, Ore.
