TUMWATER, Wash. – O Bee CU is offering a 10-year, fixed mortgage for as low as 3.99% that has no fees, no closing costs, no loan costs and no appraisal costs. O Bee pays all fees for anyone approved for this loan.
“We developed this product for members who couldn’t take advantage of the low mortgage rates because they were held back by the high fees involved in refinancing their current mortgage,” said Dave Echtle, vice president of lending for O Bee, the credit union for Olympia Brewing Co.
Financing available on refinanced, owner-occupied homes in Washington state only. Borrowers may take up to 75% of home value based on county tax assessment.
