Park Community FCU and B&W FCU here have announced plans to merge. If approved by NCUA and B&W's members, it will create a $336-million credit union with Park Community as the surviving name. Jim Oliva, who took over as CEO of Park Community in June, had previously been CEO at B&W FCU.
