“We had to convert to a new home banking system that was unavoidable but we also decided it was the perfect opportunity to address many disjointed processes in the core that cause frustration in many daily processes,” Steve Petrillo, president of the $96-million credit union.

Share One is a Memphis, Tenn.-based CUSO that serves credit unions with assets ranging from $10 million to $1.4 billion.
