PEFCU Expands With CO-OP

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind.-The $420-million Purdue Employees FCU, a CO-OP Network member credit union since 2003, has signed an agreement to expand its electronic payment services. In addition to giving its 56,000 members access to more than 25,000 CO-OP Network ATMs, Purdue Employees FCU will now use the country's largest credit union EFT processor for all of its switching needs.

CardAlert To Become Add-On

MINNEAPOLIS-Fair Isaac Corp. has entered into an agreement with Fiserv EFT and Alaska Option Network to utilize Fair Isaac's CardAlert Fraud Manager for early identification and reporting of suspected counterfeit card and skimming fraud. The agreement with Fiserv EFT builds on an existing relationship. Through its ACCEL/Exchange Network, Fiserv EFT will offer CardAlert Fraud Manager as an add-on service.

DecisionLender Is Selected

EAST LANSING, Mich.-Michigan State University FCU has selected Teledata Communications, Inc.'s DecisionLender to automate and improve its indirect lending activities. DecisionLender is a web-based loan origination and automated processing solution that enables credit unions to process and decision loan applications in real-time, the Hauppague, N.Y.-based company said.

FSCC Offers Wireless Kiosks

SAN DIMAS, Calif.-Seeking to enhance disaster preparedness, Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc., said it is now offering wireless capabilities for the self-service branch kiosks. "As we worked with our credit unions and leagues assisting members impacted by the hurricanes last fall, we immediately identified a need for this kind of capability. We asked (interface provider) Ensenta to work quickly to provide this for our network and they delivered in less than two months," said FSCC CEO Sarah Canepa Bang. The self service branch can also be operated using a generator.
