ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Sandia Laboratory FCU said it has hired LEVEL5 of Atlanta to help design a new branch and branding strategy for its expansion into the nearby community of Los Lunas.
Sandia Labs FCU will use the new branch to introduce a hybrid dialogue delivery service approach. Each of the teller pods will have a unique design with privacy screens to ensure a secure and confidential transaction while allowing the member and the service rep to work together to complete each transaction and still deliver excellent personal service.
The $1 billion credit union will also leverage its remote Los Lunas location to build a conference room that will host educational events (rather than having members commute to its Albuquerque headquarters) and build a disaster recovery system away from its main server in case of an unforeseen catastrophic event.
