COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – A security guard inside the One Thirteen CU fired at four masked suspected robbers yesterday morning after they drove into the parking lot and got out of their car armed with at least one rifle.

At least six shots were fired by the guard and there were three bullet holes in a west-facing window near the entrance and one bullet hole in the double doors at the north entrance of the credit union, but it was unclear if any of the would-be robbers were hit, police said.
The three and possibly four robbers escaped in the car in which they arrived, police said.
Police said there was one member in the credit union at the time, but there were no injuries to the customer, the guard or employees.
