SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – A new program offered by Sioux Empire FCU gives savers the ability to put extra change away from debit card purchases by rounding up transactions to the nearest dollar and adding the difference to the member’s savings account.
Under the Debit Card Round Up program, if a member used his or her debit card at a gas station for a purchase of $39.79, 21 cents will be automatically transferred to a designated savings account.
