Mosaic, e-ClassicSystems Agree

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. and NORWOOD, Mass.-Mosaic Software, a provider of EFT and financial services transaction processing software, and e-ClassicSystems, Inc., developer of the ATM Manager Pro channel management system, have entered into an agreement. Under the agreement, Mosaic will recommend e-ClassicSystems' ATM Manager Pro solution to current and future customers to complement their Postilion products.

The ATM Manager Pro suite of modules offers a back-office solution to manage and report on ATM channel operations and status, including ATM asset compliance, location and transaction reporting and trending, cost and revenue analysis per ATM, cash forecasting and management, project management and much more. ATM Manager Pro currently manages the daily operations of more than 100,000 ATMs worldwide including 20% of the US market.

Star USA Signs With Encore

CHARLESTON, W.V.-Star USA FCU here has signed on as an agent of Encore Merchant Services, which will allow it to offer point-of-sale acceptance solutions to its member businesses. EMS will handle all aspects of payment card acceptance.

Two More Select USERS

MESQUITE, Texas-The $32.8-million Mesquite Credit Union has selected USERS' DataSafe On-Line system as its new processing solution. "We're located in one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas, and we're surrounded by lots of competitors, including the branches of several billion-dollar credit unions," said MCU CEO Mike Arnold. "We needed a system that would help us compete with stronger products and better member service."

Separately, the $13-million, Honolulu-based TheoDavies FCU here has selected USERS, inc. as its new data solution provider. The credit union is USERS' 23rd client in the state. TheoDavies will convert in April 2004 to USERS' DataSafe On-Line system, which provides processing for some 1.3-million credit union members. "Downtime on USERS' on-line system is practically unheard of," said TDFCU Manager Rhonda Nii. "That's the kind of reliability we need."
