LAKE JACKSON, Texas – Texas Dow Employees CU has completed the merger of Bluebonnet CU, one of two Houston credit unions it is acquiring.
Bluebonnet, with $80 million in assets and locations in Houston and Baytown, complements Texas Dow's current branches in the Houston area, the $1.6-billion credit union said.
Texas Dow Employees, is in the process of acquiring $60-million San Jacinto Area CU of Pasadena, Texas.
