LAUREL, Md. – Tower FCU has launched Integrated Media Management’s TotaleAtlas browser-based document presentment and signature capture solution.
The $2.2 billion credit union is using the technology to for its automatic archival, electronic signature capture and bar coding features.
The company said TotaleAtlas electronically captures signatures in-branch to create a secure, 128-bit encrypted non-editable and auto-indexed PDF of the document with the signature embedded. Automating these functions eliminates paper and manual processes, which results in an accurate and uniform document process for increased productivity and reduced labor time and costs. To date, Tower has converted more than 500 documents to electronic files using TotaleAtlas.
Tower has used TotaleAtlas to streamline the process and serve its members faster. The credit union also deployed the DocQ feature, enabling one member to begin the document and signing process at one branch and then another to visit another location to complete the process.
