Randolph-Brooks FCU and Air Force FCU have agreed to share ATMs and offer no-surcharge access. Together, the two CUs have nearly 70 ATMs in South Texas and 262,000 members. "This partnership is a testament to that cooperation, allowing the members of both RBFCU and AFFCU to save money by providing access to more ATMs without having to pay a surcharge to use them," said RBFCU CEO Randy Smith.
