CINCINNATI – Vantiv yesterday said it is joining with Saylent Technologies to offer Vantiv Analytics to Vantiv credit union and bank debit portfolio customers.
The two companies said Vantiv Analytics is a powerful, one-of-a-kind software solution designed to make it easier for financial institutions to optimize their debit card portfolios, increase card revenue, understand card usage and trends, and make smarter, faster decisions. Financial institutions benefit from customer insights that can be used to drive compelling marketing programs, loss-prevention strategies, and new product development, they said. Vantiv noted it provides marketing services and an online portal from which customers can select turnkey marketing campaigns and high-impact incentives to deepen cardholder loyalty and incent more profitable behaviors.
Vantiv Analytics offers segmentation capabilities combined with reporting, which the company said is designed to help uncover trends, identify under-performing or at-risk user groups, monitor transactions to prevent loss, and prioritize programs and campaigns. Because the software is integrated with Vantiv payment processing systems, there is nothing for bank and credit union customers to install, and the solution is easy to implement, Vantiv said.
Vantiv processes cards for more than 800 credit unions.
