BELOIT, Wis. – First Community CU has agreed to merge into it Rock County Employees CU, a $2-million credit union in nearby Janesville.
The merger will be the third for $75-million First Community and the second in the Janesville market. All Rock County Employees CU employees agreed to stay on with FCCU.
First Community serves in Winnebago, Boone and Stephenson counties in Illinois; and Rock, Green, Dane and Walworth counties in Wisconsin.
