In Trevose, Pa., 27 business and community leaders, teachers, local celebrities and a 9-year-old student enjoyed the privilege of kissing a pig for a worthy cause at TruMark Financial's Fifth Annual Kiss-a-Pig Financial Literacy Fundraiser. The event, netted more than $55,000.
Polish
Prior to attending the United Nations General Assembly, Polish President Andrzej Duda traveled to Brooklyn to tour the original branch of Polish& Slavic FCU.
Municipal
Municipal CU, New York City, hosted a delegation of 11 credit union executives from the Liaoning region of China at MCU's corporate office to discuss operation and management strategies and current technological innovations in financial services.
Robins
Robins FCU, Warner Robins, Ga., purchased 2 new computers for the local Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 33. The DAV had a break-in at its facility and the computers were among the items stolen.
Voyage
In Sioux Falls, S.D., Voyage FCU and six of its business partners ended their 3rd year of working with Habitat for Humanity. The volunteers met twice, providing 25 sets of hands to help a wonderful family achieve its dream of having a home.
Michigan Community
Michigan Community CU, Jackson, Mich., purchased and fully wrap-branded a 2011 Ford Fiesta. When the branded Fiesta is spotted, the public is invited to take a photo and post on Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus or Instagram using the hashtag, #FindtheFiesta.

Wings Financial CU, Apple Valley, Minn., and the Minnesota CU Network hosted a roundtable event featuring NCUA Vice Chairman Rick Metsger that drew 25 CU CEOs from around the state.

LBS Financial CU, Long Beach, Calif., partnered with three local school districts this summer to collect school supplies for the 2015-2016 school year.
Minnesota Hike

Vantage CU, Bridgeton, Mo., said member Charles Jackson won $2,500 just for signing up for a new Vantage MasterCard credit card during its {What's Your Type} summer promotion.
