Customers Bank Chairman Jay Sidhu discusses his new memoir

Raised in India, Jay Sidhu arrived in the U.S. for university studies, relying on a scholarship from his Pennsylvania college that was later found to have been offered in error. From that low point, Sidhu managed to work his way through school and embark on a banking career that has seen him lead two major U.S. banks. In a memoir published earlier this year, Sidhu describes the lessons his parents imparted and how they set him up for success here. Sidhu also talks about his hopes for inspiring today's young people to reach for similar levels of achievement.
