Striker VIP, a Las Vegas provider of concierge services, is offering Arriva cardholders transportation, accommodations, dining, and daytime and evening entertainment, including VIP event access, golf outings, spa services, shopping excursions, and tours of the Las Vegas region.

Global Cash Access introduced the Arriva card, which is issued by CIT Bank, last year to reduce its interchange costs and let cardholders take cash advances without paying an up-front fee. Its grace period is what people would get with credit card purchases.

"The terms that Arriva card offers to responsible casino cash advance customers are more favorable than what they'd get with typical credit cards," Todd Smith, a senior vice president of marketing at the Arriva Card Inc. subsidiary, said in a press release. "Our arrangement with Striker VIP provides an added benefit — one we hope will encourage more people to apply for and use the Card and discover for themselves the benefits of being an Arriva customer."
